  • Main Dining Room can seat 180 and the maximum is 275.
  • Private Dining Room seats 30-35 people.
  • Outside Patio is partly covered, has 3 small round tables with chairs, a gazebo, and a beautiful lawn.
  • Set-Up and Breakdown Fee is $200.00.
  • The Gym Rental can also include tables and chairs. The cost is $12.00 per round table with linen, $7.00 without linen and $1.50 per chair. We have an AV (Audio Visual) Cart, Projection Screen, and Microphone with Podium available that is included in the rental price ($100.00 per hour).
  • Kronkosky Place also has small “classroom” type rooms for meetings, conferences, presentations, etc. Price varies on the size of room. Most rooms have projection screens, podiums, and microphones available. Classrooms are $30.00 per hour for the larger rooms and $15.00 per hour for smaller rooms.
  • Bar/Beverages: We have a wooden bar available upon request for bar service. Liquor, Beer & Wine is allowed in our facility brought in by your party. If any alcohol is being served, a peace officer will need to be present. Kronkosky Place will schedule the peace officer for the event and transfer the cost of $30.00 per hour to the total cost of your event scheduled. Coffee, Tea, & Water is available as a package of $10.00 per 100 people.

*If you would like the event catered by us, we will do a price per person cost with the 4 hour room rental included. Price varies upon menu requested. There is an additional Kitchen/Event Staff Fee of $375.00.
