Michael L. Lennhoff has 30+ years of experience in culinary food service. With a degree from Baltimore International Culinary College and a history with The Menger Hotel, Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club, Tapatio Springs Resort and Peggy’s on the Green, Michael is the right Chef for your event!
Michael’s passion for food began by cooking with his mother while growing up; she was his first mentor and encouraged him to pursue his culinary dreams. He has worked in many capacities in a variety of different kitchens – he was passionate about studying different techniques and had the opportunity to learn from many talented chefs and cooks. As Michael’s career began to grow, he came to understand that not only is healthy food a source of joy, but directly corresponds with our physical and mental health. He believes food preparation is a real art, as well as a practical necessity. Michael is the primary care-giver for his father, and his work here with Meals on Wheels and Events and Catering truly comes from the heart.
